☕Coffee Meetups

  • Hosts      a Tuesday morning veterans coffee meetup at Nut Tree Ranch Community      Building in Newberg, Oregon, providing a relaxed environment for peer      support 
  • Hosts      a coffee meetup in Willamina on the 3rd Thursday of every month      at 9am-10am

🎓Scholarship Assistance

  • Supports      Veterans and their children in finding and applying for educational      scholarships by connecting them with appropriate scholarship programs  

🤝Partnerships & Community Integration

  • Collaborates      with various community and veteran organizations, including:
    • Chehalem       Chamber of Commerce Member
    • George       Fox University Veterans Club
    • Disabled       American Veterans 
    • VFW       Post 4015 – Volunteer Assist 
    • Newberg       Grange #770 – Veteran Committee Leadership
    • Noon       Rotary Club of Newberg
    • High       Timber Dreams – Elk, Deer, Turkey and Decompression Therapy for Vets

🎯Mission & Impact

  • Publishes      peer-based programming to maintain weekly contact with veterans      (especially those at risk of PTSD), offering mental-emotional support and      minimizing suicide risk
  • Aims      to foster self-confidence, problem-solving skills, and a clear thinking      mentality through relaxed group settings
